Battersea Power Station, one of the most iconic landmarks in London, was arguably one of the most publicised investment campaigns of 2012.
Our brochure design focused on capturing the property in all its glory, incorporating historic images and building on its heritage in order to create an effective platform
for the campaign's 'Masterplan for Development' designed by the international architect Rafel Viñoly.
We also created a secure investor website providing a password protected data room which supported the bidding process.

We wanted to create a campaign that had personal appeal and an intimate feel so that the target audience felt drawn in and compelled to learn more. For example, one way we did this was by creating a short film using testimonials of residents and business owners so we could see why Lyon was so important to them. This was very well recieved at MPIM '13.
For our work on the Only Lyon campaign, we received excellent feedback from the client who saw an increased interest in the area as a destination for business.

CGI Immobilier, an established Geneva real estate firm, wanted to take a new and innovative approach to its marketing. So we used an exciting mix of fresh design, modern technology and social media to bring new energy to the way it’s perceived in the market.
One of the most exciting elements of our campaign is the monthly corporate film we produce for the firm, which is aired both online and on local and national Swiss TV. CGI Immobilier, an established Geneva real estate firm, wanted to take a new and innovative approach to its marketing. So we used an exciting mix of fresh design, modern technology and social media to bring new energy to the way it’s perceived in the market.
One of the most exciting elements of our campaign is the monthly corporate film we produce for the firm, which is aired both online and on local and national Swiss TV. Featuring interviews with key CGI staff, the films cover real estate topics of interest to both professionals and laypeople to ensure maximise reach.

France’s second city, Lyon, is home to a growing business district known as La Part-Dieu. Within this vibrant setting, leading architect Jean Jacques Ory designed Anthemis.
A two-part building, Anthemis offers upmarket yet flexible office spaces, giving companies of all sizes the opportunity to base themselves in this prestigious area. In keeping with the nature of the development, we designed a set of high-end yet adaptable marketing tools that not only promoted Anthemis, but also supported the open-door days our client held there.

Designing tools to market three iconic buildings at the centre of the world's most talked about cities - for the world’s best known bank - is a great challenge. To support the investment campaign, we designed a set of three outstanding brochures each with a bellyband which can be customised as appropriate.
The design echoed the grandeur of the project, the investment website combined a highly visual presentation of the three buildings with a secure, user data room and tracking facilities.
